Customer service at Lush NA is making me angry.
I get that they want to make sure I’m not scamming them, but I’d just like a replacement for the defective product I got. And I’d like to not pay for shipping, because the cost of shipping is approximately the same amount I paid for the product, and if they’ve agreed to give me a product that isn’t defective I shouldn’t have to essentially repurchase it. It would also be lovely if I didn’t have to basically fight them for it, because, you know, I feel undervalued as a customer now and honestly this experience (in combination with other customer service wins) makes me want to never buy Lush again. I get that Lush is really focused on creating innovative products, but they’re a company and that doesn’t excuse bad customer service.
I fully acknowledge that I probably seem bratty right now, but I was SO EXCITED to try Love. Mine smells nothing like Fizzbanger - if I had to guess, whoever made mine just left out the apple as there isn’t the slightest note of apple.
